Student of the English Philology Department Sofiia Pohut participates in an international digitalization project in Germany

Sofiia Pohut, a fourth-year student of the English Language and Literature educational program, was chosen to take part in the international Training Course “Getting Digital: Modern Practices in Youth Work” under ERASMUS+ program. Ten days of intensive training were spent to train the participants to use modern technologies in work with young people and teach them guidance and counselling peculiarities in online environment.

Sofiia comments on her studying at the Faculty: “I am thankful for the knowledge I am getting here! Not only do I feel comfortable communicating in foreign languages, but I am also able to develop professionally and learn independently. During the project we had a chance to exchange our skills and got tons of practice on how to implement them in the most versatile way. Although I took part in this project as the representative of the local youth centre «Khyzhka», I am looking forward to using digital technology in my studies as well”.
