The lecturers of the Department of English Philology E.Ye. Mintsys and T.L. Marchuk participated in the International Scientific Conference “Contemporary Approaches to Linguistics and Foreign Language Didactics”, which was held on November 26, 2019 at the Ion Creanga State Pedagogical University (Chisinau, Republic of Moldova). E.Ye. Mintsys and T.L. Marchuk made the following presentations: “Lexical Peculiarities of John Grisham’s Idiostyle” and “The Development of American Drama in the Late 19th – Early 20th Century: Generation before Eugene O’Neill”, respectively. The lecturers were able to attend a number of workshops related to the problems of EFL teaching, and to get the first-hand experience of implementing the MOODLE platform abroad.
