On October 27 at 10:30 AM, the All-Ukrainian Dictation of Unity will take place in Auditorium 23 of Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University – a large-scale event that will unite students, teachers, scientists, military personnel, and notable figures from the Carpathian region around their love for their native language.

This year, the author of the dictation text will be Ukrainian writer Yevheniya Kuznetsova, and the famous actress Natalia Sumska will read it.

Traditionally, the text of the dictation will be published on October 29 on the organizers’ official websites. Participants will be able to participate in the writing both online and offline.

Paper works will be accepted at the address: Kyiv, Khreshchatyk St., 26 (the stamp must be dated no later than October 28).

Scanned or photographed texts in jpg, png, jpeg, tiff, pdf formats can be sent by 11:00 on October 29 to the organizers’ email address.

All works will be checked by professional members of the commission, and the best participants will receive certificates from the university rector and symbolic gifts.

The event will also include an award ceremony for the winners of the flash mob competition “Language is a Weapon”, which once again proved that the Ukrainian word has the power to inspire, unite, and protect.

The All-Ukrainian Unity Dictation is not just a language marathon. It is an opportunity to celebrate the Ukrainian language, support the culture of writing and reading, and most importantly, feel part of the big family of a united Ukraine.
